Induction
The successful induction of staff is a key priority for the school. Along with the children, the people who work at our school are the key to our continuing success. In 2006 we have committed ourselves to making all key resources available on our website for new staff so that line managers can talk through the range of key documentation with new staff in a manageable way. It should also mean that all staff have easy access to key documentation without becoming overburdened with paper.
Initially we are developing an induction/resource page for subject co-ordinators. Next will be a page for classroom assistants and finally we will develop a page for teaching staff. Any feedback/suggestions greatly appreciated.
