Mission statement

Woodberry Down Community Primary School is an inclusive school, committed to continual improvement to ensure that what we do today is even better tomorrow. We do this by reviewing our current position and setting challenging targets for improvement to ensure we meet the needs of our children, their parents/carers, our staff, the local community, our governors and Hackney LEA.

To succeed we need to work together, keep open minds, be committed to equality of opportunity and have continually rising expectations. When problems arise, and they will, we must hold on to our ultimate vision and find solutions.

Our number one priority is to provide a high quality education for each child. We want our children to have the confidence, skills, knowledge ability, personal and social qualities which will enable them to fulfil their full potential.
